I mentioned before how I serve more than just Loki. Serving more than one deity is just too amazing for words, I can't accurately describe it nor the perks.
However, it has its downsides....For starters, there's Hades. Hades, while not forceful (with me at least), is a bit pushy. Hades keeps pestering me about his shrine (regardless of the size, he just wants one) while Loki, Athena, and Artemis could care less. I keep having to remind him that it won't be done just yet and that I'll do Loki's first since, not only is he my Patron....but his will probably end up being, by far, the less costly of the four to make. (for his mini shrine I maybe spent.....$38 when all was said and done...not that it matters, just an example....that's cheap compared to what I could have done)
Loki, on the other hand, is pushing me (okay more like demanding at times) for me to get up and straighten up my life so I can do more devotional things. Naturally....I'm going to go with Loki on this one. My life is screwed up, I need to fix that. And no, by no means is it the worst kind of screwed up. While, yes, previous choices have led to this point....I'm not talking drugs or the like, more like I went in over my head on a couple things. I will be the first to admit I made mistakes like that and I'm doing my best to fix it (sorry about the slight rant, I've had people get on my case about it before....). Loki is kicking my butt on this and, while still showing me the right path, is still throwing his tests at me, seeing if I'm ready for what lies ahead. This is why I believe, no, I know Loki is awesome.
And by no means am I asking for help. This is quite simply something I find slightly amusing and wanted to share.
Have a wonderful day...or night...wherever you are.
