Cooking for Loki: The Ordeal

I keep forgetting to post here, my apologies.

So for the past couple of weeks, Loki has been pestering me about a couple of recipes he wants me to make. One has been taken from one my uncle made and I edited it to how I saw fit. The other is one HE gave me. There is no way that I would've come up with it on my own so I know it had to have been him. So I tried them once I had enough money to get the ingredients (since Bills come first).

The first one was actually better than I thought it would be. My grandfather usually doesn’t like those sort of things and he told me that it “wasn’t bad”. That pretty much means he likes it. Had a nice cheesy flavor without being overpowering (when I post the recipe you’ll find out why I say that :) )

The second one was incredible. If I made one mistake, it’s that I probably added a little too much meat, but wasn’t too much of an issue at the end. I ended up using that amount of meat as the limit in the recipe. I got that one done and Loki was "want, now" so he got a bowl of it and was happy.

I'll be posting both sometime today or within the next couple of days (more than likely today). The good thing about them is that they’re an easy edit. You can substitute almost -anything- in these two or subtract/add ingredients as you wish. All down to personal choice.

I hope you have a wonderful day wherever you may be.
